Bar in a basha (horse-drawn carriage) that goes around the city at night. The carriage leaves from HOTEL & CAFE NUPKA, and travels 2km around the central area of Obihiro City in about 50 minutes. Local craft beer, wine, and snacks are served in the carriage. Drawing the carriage are large, one-ton horses that have competed in Banei horse racing, a form of horse racing in Obihiro where horses pull heavy sleds as they race. As such, it’s a bar that reflects the characteristics of the Tokachi area, which used horses to develop its agriculture.
