dummy

Hailing from Tobetsu-cho, Kabato Noodle House’s current home, the owner quit his job as a salaryman to pursue the mysteries of Shikoku Prefecture’s Sanuki udon. After abandoning his career to learn the secrets of the tasty dish in its birthplace, Kagawa Prefecture, he returned to his hometown and opened Kabato Noodle House in 2011 to share his love of Sanuki udon. Don’t miss the most popular offerings here, including the “bukkake” udon served both hot and cold and “yudetate” udon which entwins freshly boiled noodles with egg! As toppings, why not try some of the tempura on the menu, like goboten?
