dummy

From Cape Saraki, you can look out over the vast, awe-inspiring scenery of Tsugaru Strait, including Mount Hakodate, Shimokita Peninsula of Aomori Prefecture, and more. Off the coast of the cape is where the Dutch-made warship Kanrin Maru, which was used for the Japanese embassy to the U.S., and also in the Boshin War, is said to have sunk. Since 2001, there’s been a growing movement in Cape Saraki to plant tulips, the national flower of the Netherlands. Nowadays, there are 50,000 tulips of about 60 different types that bloom in this garden, in the period from April to May.
