dummy

Mount Usu is an active volcano located south of Lake Toya in Hokkaido with an altitude of 737 meters and it most recently erupted about 20 years ago. Don’t miss the glorious scenery that this volcano has to offer which led to it being named a UNESCO World Geopark.  The Mount Usu Mountain Trail Route is the only route where you can climb Mount Usu itself on foot and reach its outer crater to experience the power of the volcano. While there, be sure to gaze out at the volcanic bay and Mount Yotei from the Southern Outer Crater Observation Platform and the Mount Usu Lake Toya Observation Platform.
