Eat Fresh Seafood at Sato Suisan Salmon Factory

Sato Suisan is well-known across Japan’s north island for its seafood products caught in the waters around Hokkaido. The company owns a shop and restaurant connected to a factory by the banks of the Barato River in Ishikari, where they serve original, exclusive, and fresh salmon products. There are loads of great-tasting seafood dishes on the second-floor restaurant, Old River, which casts its gaze upon the eponymous idle waterway drifting along outside. You can enjoy fresh seafood like donburi (rice bowls) loaded with seasonal catch, and seafood á la carte dishes, along with the picturesque scenery.
