This event was created in 2010 to commemorate the 120th anniversary of the establishment of Asahikawa, Kamii, and Nagayama in 1890. Regional foods, such as local seafood, produce, and dairy, from Asahikawa City, where the event is hosted and other local municipalities in Hokkaido are brought together for this event.
