Farm-to-Table Wining and Dining at Otaru Bine – HOKKAIDO LOVE!
dummy

Otaru Bine, a wine shop and pizza cafe located in a refined stone building first constructed in 1912, offers over 70 varieties of wine made from local grapes, including fan-favorite Hokkaido Wine. The colonial-style building, which formerly housed a bank, was renovated to make room for this trendy new shop, whose unusual name is a combination of its past and present lives: “bank” + “wine” = “bine.” At Otaru Bine, you can try nama wine, sometimes called “raw” or “natural” wine (which hasn’t been processed through filtration or heat sterilization), exclusive wine cocktails, beer made with classic German brewing techniques, cheese and desserts using locally sourced dairy products, and freshly squeezed juices made from Hokkaido grapes.
