This vibrant landscape makes it a fantastic place to go snowshoe trekking during the winter season. Walk, jump, and play in powder snow and feel the enchanting atmosphere of the forest. As you explore the area, see if you can spot Hokkaido wildlife signs, such as claw marks from bears, prints in the snow, or marks left by black woodpeckers from the largest woodpecker species in Japan.
