Gardens Meant to Last a Millennia Flourish in Tokachi Millenium Forest – HOKKAIDO LOVE!
dummy

The Tokachi Millennium Forest is home to four gardens that were specifically designed to last for 1,000 years. These gardens were created, in part, by the British Society of Garden Designers, and were designed to take advantage of the lush surrounding nature. Two of these special gardens include the Meadow Garden, created in the image of a pastoral paradise, and the Earth Garden, which is covered in soft, billowing grasses. Modern art pieces have been scattered about the forest, giving it a feeling of elegance and wonder. Visitors to Tokachi Millennium Forest can relax as they dine in the open café or the restaurants built to face the gardens.  For those who wish to ride instead of walk, Segways are also available for rent.
