Goryokaku Tower: Attractive Panoramic Views of Hakodate Streetscapes

Goryokaku Tower overlooks Goryokaku Fort, the historical site of Japan’s first Western-style fort. The star-shaped Goryokaku remains can be seen from the tower’s 90-meter-high observation deck, alongside the surrounding seasonal scenery, like cherry blossoms in the Spring, Summer greenery, Autumn foliage, and the silent snow scenes of Winter.
