As the gateway to Eastern Hokkaido, Kushiro Airport is the most important air transportation base after New Chitose Airport and Hakodate Airport. There are regular flights to and from New Chitose Airport, Okadama Airport, Haneda Airport, and Kansai International Airport.

Be sure to try the salmon oyakodon, a bowl topped with fatty salmon and seasoned salmon roe, for a truly decadent experience. Tokachi region’s famous Butadon (pork bowl) can also be had for , as well as their popular soy sauce ramen.
One of ANA FESTA’s original treats is the “Kushiro Sunset Cheese Bouchée”. This delightful snack, showcasing the gorgeous Kushiro sunset on its package, is well known for its soft, crispy texture and mild sweetness that leaves you wanting more. Another must-try is JALUX BLUE SKY’s “horo-yoi pudding” made by Kushiro’s French restaurant Iomante. This pudding is definitely for grown-ups as it is made from Kushiro’s local Fuku Tsukasa Junmai sake, freshly produced milk, and topped with bitter caramel.
