You can choose between two course meals for lunch, as well as between three course meals, all made with plenty of Hokkaido-Prefecture ingredients, for dinner. The innovative, yet all-natural French dishes are made with the best of Hokkaido Prefecture’s culinary offerings, including seafood purchased that day from Kushiro City, Abashiri City, etc.; Wagyu beef from Hokkaido; fresh vegetables; and more.
