Rancho Elpaso serves juicy and flavorful pork steaks, hamburg steaks, sausages, and more, made with meat from their Dorobuta brand pigs, which are raised free-range in a stress-free, healthful environment. They also offer their own craft beer, Obihiro Beer, that they brew in-house. Their dishes make plentiful use of cheeses made in the Tokachi area, fresh vegetables, and more. The building has a Mexican look to it.
