Sample Hogaja Koshimizu Hokuyo Factory’s Famed Rice Crackers

Welcome to the factory that makes Hokkaido’s famous rice-based cracker snack! The rice crackers produced by the Hogaja Koshimizu Hokuyo Factory are made with a base of potato starch from Koshimizu and kneaded squid and walleye pollock caught in Hokkaido’s waters. This factory, located in a former elementary school, makes it possible to see these delicious products being produced and packaged. At the factory shop, be sure to pick up specially discounted value packs that can only be purchased on site! Be aware that the factory does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
