Sapporo’s Gourmet Hotspot: Akarenga Terrace

Just steps away from the former Hokkaido Government building, a classic red-brick structure that stands as a popular tourist destination, is the Akarenga Terrace. Ginkgo trees line the main street near the terrace, coloring the sidewalks with bright green in spring, deep green in summer, and golden yellows in autumn.
