Step Into Confectionery and Savory Heavens at Sapporo’s Odori BISSE

Odori BISSE, located in the heart of Sapporo, is a multi-purpose shopping and dining complex. The first floor BISSE SWEETS is one of Hokkaido’s many resident sugar and dairy havens. Classic soft-serve ice cream and various sweets, made with Hokkaido’s famous locally-sourced milk, are available.  The complex was named after the eponymous city-center greenspace, and you can eat your treats in view of Sapporo’s grand Odori Park; or for an even better vantage point, head to one of the many restaurants in the upper part of the building for Pacific Ocean seafood or grass-fed wagyu beef.
