Kamuiwakka Hot Spring Falls is a secluded outdoor hot spring river that sits at the center of the Shiretoko Region. These hot springs well up from the side of Mt. Shiretoko-Io, an active volcano, and flow into the river, heating its waters to a delightful temperature. Only between June and October are the falls safe to visit due to the danger of falling rocks.
