A cafeteria located on the first floor of Fukuko Market, run by a long-standing fishmonger. Offers a wide variety of dishes, from Japanese/Western cuisine to ramen, seafood rice bowls, and more, all of which you can enjoy while gazing out over the fishing boats moored in the Port of Wakkanai. We recommend the chow mein, which is stir-fried on a hot steel plate, as well as the seafood rice bowls, sashimi set meals, etc., which are made with fresh seafood purchased by the fishmonger that morning. The set meals offer free rice refills. The cafeteria also offers tables designed for one person.
