Lost Kamuy

A modern celebration designed to keep tradition alive

Lost Kamuy is a celebration of the ancestry of Hokkaido’s indigenous Ainu people, told in a combination of traditional and modern dance accompanied by vibrant digital art and immersive audio. Centered on the now extinct Ezo wolf that was one of the Ainu gods, this unique blend of folklore and cutting-edge technology has to be seen to be believed.
