“Fureai Park Constellation Observatory” is the best spot with nothing to block the sky.
If you look up at the night sky from the bench, you can see the stars shining beautifully with the naked eye.
If you bring a telescope, you can fully observe seasonal constellations and meteor showers.
*An observatory equipped with a large telescope is scheduled to be completed around the fall of 2023.

In winter, you can enjoy fishing and smelt fishing at Lake Shinotsu, which is shaped like a crescent moon.
Many migratory birds come flying in spring and autumn, and it is also a spot for bird watching.
It is also one of the few villages in Hokkaido where you can easily experience gliding.
